The course

From single pilot to crew member

Most of your training so far has been as a single pilot. MCC teaches you to share tasks with another pilot, use standard callouts and checklists, and make decisions as a team, the way airlines operate every day.

Many airlines outside the U.S. require an MCC certificate. Ask an advisor about the requirements for the airlines you are targeting.
